Homemade Toothpaste
2 Tbps. coconut oil
3 Tbps. baking soda
1/2 packet of stevia power (1/4 of a tsp.)
20-25 drops of peppermint oil (or other preferred essential oil)
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until it becomes a creamy texture. Place in a small container with a lid and place on your bathroom sink.

Replace incandescent light bulbs with CFL's (do contain small amounts of mercury) or LED's to reduce electricity use, waste and pollution.
Replace old mercury containing thermostats with programmable thermostats to reduce electricity use and pollution.
